What is Google Drive?
Google Drive is a cloud-based file storage and synchronization service provided by Google. It allows users to store, share, and access files and folders from anywhere with an internet connection. Google Drive was launched in April 2012 and has since become one of the most popular cloud storage services in the world.
Users can upload and store a wide range of file types on Google Drive, including documents, photos, videos, music, and more. They can also create and collaborate on documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides, respectively. Google Drive also integrates with other Google services such as Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Photos, making it easy to attach files to emails or add them to your calendar.
In addition to its web-based interface, Google Drive also has mobile apps for Android and iOS devices, allowing users to access their files on the go. Google Drive offers a range of storage plans, from a free 15GB plan to paid plans with up to 2TB of storage.
